Post Seasoning Tip
Hi There,

I was wondering what to season the chicken tenderloins with that I was to make for dinner last night. I ended up putting a cup of flour, 2 tbsp of cajun seasoning and 2tsp of garlic salt in a bag and emersing the tenderloins in before placing in a well oiled raosting dish for baking. 200°C for 30 minutes turning a few times to prevent sticking produced these extremely tasty tenderloins that were also healthy having not been fried. YUM YUM!!
